About PropertySolutions
PropertySolutions is a US-based company that keeps a living record of a home — not a folder of paperwork, but a 3D model of the building itself, where every door, window, fixture and appliance is catalogued with its brand, condition, warranty and service history.
Owners, tenants and handymen all work from the same record. A repair is raised against the exact item it concerns, quoted and settled by the people who did it, and signed off as a permanent entry. When a home is sold, its whole history moves with it to the next owner — a property deserves a passport as much as a person does.

As CEO of a major international design development and engineering firm he grew it from 60 to 350+ people and delivered complex infrastructure projects across five countries — working hands-on as chief supervisor engineer and BIM coordination group manager on site. He brings a builder's understanding of how a property is actually put together from an idea to a key turn.
